We would like to say a massive congratulations to our very own Ben Elder on qualifying for the IMMAF Youth World Championships in Abu Dhabi in July. He is going as part of an incredibly talented and deserving group of MMA athletes from .

An amazing way to end the year!

Lots of smiling faces this week as we have had lots of tips handed out and lots of new colours on our mats going into the new year.

Our little club is growing so much each year and there has been lots of experience gained, friends made, laughs had, and tough rounds!

A huge thank you to our Head Coach Dean Donnelly and all of our coaching team
