Our U18 team is playing their first challenge match of the year against Clonbronney at 8pm tomorrow evening in Ballymahon.
All players to be in pitch for 7.20.

U16/18 football training is on Wednesday evening at 7.30pm in Ballymahon. Please make sure to bring your own water bottle and come prepared for training.

To keep us busy next week have come up with an idea. Please see below circuit to do, can we see how many people can do this by video themselves and issuing to this our What’s App group. Best time will win.

1.Run 4 X 100m – 20 Burpees
2. Run 4 X 100m – 20 Pressups
3. Run 4 X 100m – 20 Squat
4. Run 4 X 100m – 20 Reverse Lunge Alternating
5. Run 4 X 100m – 20 Tucks Jumps
6. Run 4 X 100m – 20 Sit UPS
7. Run 4 X 100m – 20 Leg raises
8. Run 4 X 100m – 20 Burpees
We will organise a prize for the winner. Lads let’s get working. I know the best time posted for this has been 21 mins. So let’s see can we beat it.
