U8 - U12 Training: Sunday’s 10.30am
U14 Training: Monday & Wednesday 7-8pm
U16 Training: Tuesday & Thursday 7.15-8.15pm
U18 Training: Tuesday & Thursday 7.15-8.15pm

Game week again for our seniors who are home against South East Lions in the second round of the Leinster league, this Sunday the 6th of October KO 1pm CPL Park Longford. Come out and support our senior squad 👌🏼💪🏼🖤🤍

Our Seniors started off the Leinster League campaign with a draw away to .

The ladies braved the elements of the weather and the loss of two players due to injuries, playing with just 13 player leading up to the final stages of the game.

The Canterbury Give It A Try programme is back, commencing Wednesday 24th April @ 7pm for 8 weeks.
This is a perfect opportunity for girls from 8 to 14 years to *TRY* their hand at rugby.

The programme is open to GIRLS that have never played but would like to TRY it out & girls who are already playing and would like to improve their skillset…
Longford RFC has girls only teams at U10, U12, U14, U16 and U18.

The girls will be kicking off this Saturday at 4pm in the Midland Bowl final against in Tullamore. It is the last game of the season for the girls and it would be great to get all the support we can. We look forward to seeing you there 🖤🤍
