Join us this Men's Health Week (15th–21st June 2026) for a range of free activities designed to help men get active, connect with others, and support their physical and mental wellbeing.

Kick off the week with our Men's Health Cycle in Clondra on Monday 15th June at 6:30pm, enjoying a scenic cycle along the Royal Canal. Then, on Wednesday 17th June, take to the water for our Lads and Dads Kayaking event in Abbeyshrule, a fantastic opportunity for fathers, sons, friends, and family members to get active together in a fun and supportive environment.

Throughout the week there will be many more activities, events, and opportunities to get involved across County Longford.

Join us this Men’s Health Week ( *15th* –21st June 2026) for a range of free activities designed to help men get active, connect with others, and support their physical and mental wellbeing.

🚴 *Men’s Health Cycle – Clondra

Monday 15th June 2026 | 6:30pm*
Starting from Glebe, Cloondara, Co. Longford, N39 F438, enjoy a relaxed and scenic cycle along the Royal Canal with fellow participants. Suitable for a range of abilities and a great opportunity to get outdoors, meet new people, and improve your wellbeing.
There are also many more activities taking place throughout the week, including exercise classes, Tai Chi, Boxercise, Petanque, health challenges, and social events.
