As we rack the weights for the final time this year, we are looking back on 2025 with huge gratitude. It’s been an incredible year of growth, sweat, and PBs, and none of it would have been the same without you.
Thank you for choosing us as your home for fitness this past year. Thank you for bringing your energy to every class, for trusting us with your goals, and for being such a vital part of our gym community. Your dedication inspires us every day.
We hope you take these next few days to properly rest, recharge those batteries, enjoy some well-deserved treats without guilt, and spend quality time with your loved ones. (Don’t worry, the barbells aren’t going anywhere!)

As of August 1st 2025, there will be a small increase in our membership prices. Our PAYG increase from €8 to €10.

This decision wasn’t taken lightly. Due to rising operational costs and ongoing inflation, this adjustment is necessary to ensure we can continue delivering the high-quality facilities, equipment, and service you expect and deserve.

Our commitment remains the same — to provide a premium training environment for our Longford community without compromise.

🌩️ Gym Closure Announcement 🌩️
Due to a Red Storm Warning in effect for tomorrow, January 25th, the gym will remain closed for the morning. The storm warning is expected to lift by 12 PM, and if conditions improve and power is restored, we plan to reopen in the afternoon.
This decision has been made with the safety of our staff and members in mind. Thank you for your understanding.
