Just want to get this post shared as much as possible. I have a fantastic group of kids that attend classes, they have achieved so much and grown in to confident, strong, and adaptable to any situation. They stand up for the defenceless in the school yard. We are heading to Hell and back junior on June 17th. Unfortunately we are needing 2 tickets. Anyone that knows there child won't attend can they please get in touch. Would mean the world to them.

Notice to anyone attending classes or one to one. Unfortunately will be no sessions for too weeks. Hopefully will be back up and running soon. Yoga classes will go on as regular. Sorry for any inconvenience caused by this to anyone. I appreciate all understanding on this. Look forward to getting back to it.

I have to say something on this. I don't know many on this team but there is too, might I say comedians I do know. I've had the pleasure of their company at classes here. In few months I've see there energy, ability and confidence grow. I'm not there mammy 😁 but feel just as a proud. I want to say a hugh congrats to both them and all team members of St. Senans GAA.

I have been following Chris Kresser among others as they uncover some vital facts which can all be backed up with proof. The more I looked into it and researched articles, studies and statistics I was first shocked as to the lack of investigation and responsibility our own health care system has for the younger generation. It's now just an everyday thing for a parent/guardian to be told there child has a disorder. Are a few simple questions, balance tests, social skill evaluation, sensory tests enough to result in putting your child on high doses of meds from a young age. Is it something you can accept knowing that more investigating should be done, that having your child on mind numbing meds that will certainly change there personality which has a knock on effect for them going forward.

KRAV MAGA CLASSES.
Just a reminder to anyone unsure about what krav Maga is. Self defence is the main aim, it is not thought to be used as a weapon nor will anyone with said intentions be kept in a class. Learning how to use your natural ability to defend yourself if necessary but been thought how to spot and walk away from a situation is key in theses classes. This is not just for women, walk outside a club late at night and 8 times out of 10 it's men brawling, unfortunately these attacks are bully related and by more than one. Also anyone from 16 up can apply for classes. It is a brilliant keep fit class also. Book places ASAP.

NEW TIMETABLE FOR CLASSES
All adult classes are 8 euro and are to be paid upfront in 5 week block. PAYG is 10 euro per class.
Kids classes are 6 euro and paid upfront in 5 week block. PAYG 8 euro per class.
Mobility and core classes are 3 classes for 20, these can be mixed and matched. Krav Maga is thought by outside company and is 40 for 4 classes upfront, please be sure to get your spots booked. Thank you and welcome back.

15TH JAN OPENING BACK UP.
All classes will resume as normal from Mon 15ft Jan. Their has been changes made to the gym and specific classes will run this year due to interest, a list of classes, dates and times of new classes will be added. Hope you have enjoyed your break and look forward to seeing you back. Kidsfit classes Will run on the same days and time slots.

Wishing you all the best for Christmas. Can't thank you enough for keeping the doors spinning. I'd like to thank Sergio and Sebastian for bringing new ventures and laughs, look forward to seeing them in the new year. Thanks to parents of kids attending Classes, I got to finish the year with them, they bring so much life and hope in the doors. Christmas is not about what you give or receive, there is no value in it.
It's who you share it with is priceless. Have a safe and happy one. Until next year.
