He brings plenty of experience to TBB+, his background in team sports is a huge advantage to us here in TBB.

Specialising in HYROX, Olympic Lifting and S&C so he is well versed in nuanced movement & is no stranger to hard work.

It’s also rumoured he can be bribed with crunchies so if you really don’t want to do ALL your wall balls, you know what to do.. 👀🍫

This Sunday, our staff will be outside TBB Raheen in support of all the runners in the Great Limerick Run.

We will have a fuel station set up outside with water, jellies & gels & the best vibes to keep you going on your way. 🚀
