Today is world mental health day . Here are some things I try my best to do when the auld mood might take a dip.
Get up and out as the mother used to say
Try meet up with a friend for a chat / a cuppa
Get some exercise in , walk / cycle / gym
Watch a funny movie ! Laughing is good !
Try not to get stuck on phone all day
And last but not least , be thankful for what you have ππ
