We are a Limerick based sports league, playing Women's Flat Track Roller Derby since our club was founded in March 2011. Roller Derby is a full contact sport played on quad skates. It is a fast growing, competitive sport originally exclusively for women--but with its growth in popularity, men's teams are now often found alongside established women's teams. r team, Limerick Roller Girls, have played games all over Europe & the UK since their inception. Our team captain represented Ireland at the 2015 Roller Derby World Cup in Dallas, Texas. We are currently looking for skaters, refs, volunteers, non skating officials and sponsors. (no prior knowledge necessary, we'll show ya the ropes!)
