Get to know us! Gavin 🙋‍♂️

Last but certainly not least we have Gavin! Gavin is our CMO at Strive Fitness Company. 🤝

Gavin comes from an array of business backgrounds! From growing up in a family hardware business to self publishing the .ie journal, Founding the networking group, Owning Marketing Agency and now Co-Owning Strive. It’s safe to say Gavin has his hands full 🤲🏼😅

However, Gavin relishes such challenges and works hard at each of them! 🏃‍♂️And through it all, Gavin still makes time for doing what he enjoys most which is helping people, community groups or businesses in any way he can 🙌🏼

Gavin is also upskilling at the moment, and will soon be a qualified personal trainer, gym instructor, class instructor and life & business coach! 💪

Although he may seem quiet at times, and I must put emphasis on “at times”!, Gavin is very friendly and will do anything in his power to help those around him 🤲🏼

Gavin is a fantastic addition to the Strive team and we can’t wait to see everything we achieve him on board 🤝

Get to know us! Conor 🙋‍♂️

Or better known as Mr.Finance 👨‍💻😅 Conor is our CFO and COO at Strive Fitness Company. 🤝

Conor has a wealth of knowledge built up over the years in I.T , business management and software development! So the next obvious step was of course, to buy a gym 🤷‍♂️😅 Conor really is the brains behind a lot of what goes on in Strive. His measured and practical outlook on business is always of value when Colm and Gavin come to him with another one of their “great ideas” 💡😅

Conor is in the process of further upskilling and will soon be a qualified personal trainer, gym instructor and class instructor 💪 adding more strings to an already impressive bow 🏹

Conor is always very welcoming and helpful to everyone he meets and his infectious laugh brings on a smile anywhere he goes 😄

We are very lucky to have Conor as part of Strive and we are looking forward to everything he brings to the company as we move forward 🤝☺️

Strive Official Opening Day! ❗️🎉 🎈

We will be having an official opening day here in Strive on Saturday October 7th at 12am 🎉

There will be music, tea’s, coffee’s, protein shakes and some nice treats, as well as a special guest on the day! 👀😁

We will also be running a month free membership for one lucky winner on the day! 🎁💪 (you must be there to win it!)

Colm, Conor and Gav will be doing gym inductions on the day for anyone who wants one 🤝

Classes are starting tomorrow September 26th at 6:30am 🏃‍♂️

Classes will be on Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 6:30am until 7:15 😊

There will be a mix of circuits training, HIIT training, strength training and more!

Please check the timetable on the app to see what classes are running and to book in! 💪

Classes are available to Strive members only and are free to attend to all Strive members 👍🏼
