Lots to be thankful for.......

Thanks to all the wonderful ladies for showing up and working every day. It was certainly something different for all of us!

Thanks also to Maeve, Mark and Rebecca for doing all the work to get this off the ground.

Thanks to Healing Heat Sauna, a fabulous treat after our workouts.
