16 months ago Kyle totalled 497.5kg. At the Urban Classic 2 he walked away with 560kg.

205kg squat.
140kg bench.
215kg deadlift.

62.5kg added to his total since April last year.

Nothing complicated about it. Consistent training, turning up and putting the work in week after week. Kyle is one of the most consistent hard working people in the room with the results to back it up.

560kg down. More to come. 📈
