Don’t forget our new class Complete Conditioning starting Tuesday evening (3rd March) at 5pm with Ger Sheehan (for the next 4 weeks).
Monday: Yoga 5pm
Tuesday (Lunch): Lunchtime Circuits 1:10 pm
Tuesday (Evening) Complete Conditioning 5pm
Thursday: Lit Fitness Class 5pm
