d my own passion for fitness at a young age and fitness has always been a major part of my day to day life. I have a background in martial arts, horse riding, team sports, athletics and bodybuilding - in which I've competed myself in several competitions in the Bikini Fitness category. I know what it takes to lose fat, gain muscle,increase power, strength and speed and how to train others effectively in these areas to meet their personal or team goals. I work with both experienced and inexperienced individuals and teams to help them improve sport performance, strength and/or body composition.
