Embody Fitness offers unique energy filled classes and focused, guided personal training sessions for individuals and groups. All classes are suitable for all levels from beginners to advanced. Classes include:
-Rebounding (mini trampolining)

-Piloxing
-Classic Step Aerobics
-Barbell Classes

-Fitness and weight loss plates

-Medicine Ball Classes

To name but a few. Personal training (especially weight loss is our speciality): feel comfortable, relaxed and motivated in our fresh surroundings. Use free weights, bars, Swiss-balls, body weight, TRX etc. Included is weekly weigh ins, body fat measurements, food plans, lifestyle advice and most importantly encouragement and guidance.

After 11 and a half wonderful years, The Dance Academy and Embody Fitness are stepping into a new, exciting future.
On 31st May 2026, we proudly launch under the unified banner of Women's Fitness. Founders Stacey and Emma will continue within the business embracing fresh new roles in this exciting chapter.

✨️This transformation - our "2.0" version, brings upgraded facilities while preserving the classes, community and team you love. The heart of our services remains unchanged - only now, we're ready to soar even higher ✨️

The new booking system on Bsport will go live this Friday the 24th January.

Classes can be booked on our current system (Legitfit) until Sunday 26th.

ALL classes on Bsport are from Monday 27th of January until 17th March.

You will receive an email when the Bsport page is live, we will share on all our socials and I will sing it from the top of my lungs with wine in my hand 😃 😀 😄

➡️ We have 2 specific Mom and Baby Classes - Monday & Friday 11.45am to 12.30pm.

🌟 However, if you can't make these times please feel free to come along to our other morning/lunchtime classes including - Barre, Pilates, Bounce, Body Pump, Yoga, Strength & Lift and many more.
