The Shannon Senior Ladies are very proud to announce our latest sponsor ๐Ÿงก

Many of our girls have been using equipment for the past season and were more than delighted to be given the opportunity to work closely with Craig and Ultan, the founders of ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ

are taking a stand against the stigma that surrounds mental health and hope to highlight the importance that conversations about mental health are normalised ๐Ÿง 

Their goal is to promote positive mental health through exercise and conversation whilst also raising money for local mental health organisations ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿผ

Last weekend the Shannon Senior Ladies Crew had four athletes competing at the Home International Regatta trials in Cork! ๐Ÿšฃโ€โ™€๏ธ

Congratulations to Ciara Davis and Kate Healy who were selected to represent their country on the 23rd of July in London as part of the Senior Womenโ€™s Sweep Team โ˜˜๏ธ

Well done also to Laura Oโ€™Connor and Ellen Clohessy for competing but just fell short of selection! Canโ€™t wait to see more from this strong pair ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ
