Water Confidence Class: (3&4 yr olds)
This class aims to give young children the confidence to have fun in the water while learning valuable buoyancy and submerging skills. Beginner 1: (5yr+)
This class is for non-swimmers and gives children the core skills of buoyancy control and movement in water. Beginner 2: (5+)
For children who are confident i

n submerging in water and beginning to gain control of buoyancy and gliding skills on front and back. Beginner 3:
This class leaps to swimming 5m + on front and back with a float where a child becomes more comfortable to swim further distances without the use of an aid. Improver 2:
Timing and stroke development are key at this level. Children in this class are becing stronger and more confident in water confidence and capable of swimming 10m+. Improver 3:
All areas of each of the swimming strokes are developed in this class and breathing techniques developing to allow for longer distance. Advanced:
This class prepares children towards lane swimming where movement is refined and developed to produce greater distance with each stride/movement. Preparation for Water Safety begins at this level. Water Safety 1, 2 & 3:

Adult Classes

Beginners

These classes cater for adults of ALL ages!!! (Nobody is ever too old to learn!!!!)
Teaching the basic skills of water skills, you will learn to put together the confidence and ability to achieve floating and submerging skills and progress to Improver level. Improvers (Adults)
In this class, adults learn how to put together all aspects of swimming strokes to a distance of 10m+. Progress to Advanced. Advanced (Adults)
This class concentrates solely on increasing the distance for all strokes and developing technique. Bootcamp 1 (Adults)
Focusing solely on front crawl breathing, this class isolates drills to focus on refining and developing breathing skills to allow for the swimmer greater distances. (20m+)

Bootcamp 2: (Adults)
This is a swim session aimed at swimming 30-40 lengths per session and is perfect for swimmers who wish to increase stamina, endurance and distance. Many triathletes join this class to get their swimming skills up to scratch.

Hello lovely people, with just 3 weeks left in our current course of lessons- it's safe to say we are all looking forward to the break over summer holidays! ☀️
Rebooking details will be available from 9th June for our September courses.

We are delighted to tell you that families who are currently enrolled in swimming lessons with us can avail of this offer with a further 10%reduction, that's 3 months family membership for only €225!!!!!

Absolutely no reason why the kids can't keep practicing in the water over the summer with a big dollop of FUN added!
