What gets measured, gets managed 🤓

A big part of work & ability to consistently get results is our committment to having the best tech & software to compliment our excellent coaching group 👏🏾

When it comes to getting results you need to know what your starting point is. A lot of times this means separating the emotional from the physical (even though they are largely related).

Massive congratulations to this legend & on winning the AIL Final on Sunday last 🔥

Back to back wins is a phenomenal achievement 🏆 and in the last seconds of the game is even better!

Fully deserved & we couldn't be happier or prouder for & the rest of the girls and management!

Our latest training block with U16 squad comes to an end under the guidance of .byrne

He's done a phenomenal job with this group and it's been great to see the progression both in the girls physical ability but also Cian’s development as a Performance Coach in with

Here's how the last few weeks have gone:

👉🏽 83.3% of the squad improved their 10m sprint times, with 5 girls now below the 2-second benchmark.

👉🏽 Over 50% of the squad improved their CMJ score, with 2 girls exceeding the 30cm benchmark and 7 within the 27-30cm target range.

👉🏽 12 out of 25 girls improved their 10-5 scores, with 6 exceeding the 1.18 RSI benchmark.

👉🏽 Overall, nearly 50% of the squad improved in all tests, with many performing at or above expectations.

The girls' hard work and excellent attendance have contributed to these impressive results.

They'll now take a break for a few weeks before the All-Ireland series 💪🏾

*NEW TIMETABLE*

For those asking about our updated morning timetable for our adult training members 💪🏾

*SGPT - our small group PT offers a the benefits of group training and personal training at a fraction of the cost. If you're worried about not being able for the level of a large group class, this is perfect for you. It's programmed for the group but the coach leading the session will be able to tailor the session to suit you. The main focus of these sessions will be on building strength and becoming comfortable using the gym

*Metcon - A circuit style conditioning session to get the hear rate up and get a bit of a sweat on. These sessions will also be kept to small numbers to ensure that we can cater for the entire group.

One of the main issues with most gyms and classes is that larger classes reduce the ability for coaches to individualise the session and it's easy to get lost.

At as much as possible we're keeping you at the centre of all of our sessions so that you feel you are getting the most amount from your time and effort.

All of our sessions are 45 minutes long which is plenty of time to get some high quality work in 💪🏾
