Almost a 10kg drop in weight for my online client as he prepares for his marathon run this summer 🏃‍♂️ 💪🏼

He has increased his run times tremendously and really put the head down. And we are only half way through his 12 week plan!

Week 1 - 5k time 33 mins
Week 4 - 5k time 23 mins

He stuck to his diet and training regime religiously and the results show 👏🏼

Hi lads, I’m hosting a 30 day fitness challenge that will help you take your training to the next level and maybe help you get out of a rut! This is the motivation you need!

They say it takes atleast 30 days to develop a habit! So why not try this free 30 day challenge that will provide you with a training regiment that will help you get one step closer to your goals 🤙🏼

I have 2 Training protocols and you can choose one depending on your goal.

1) The first training protocol is designed to help improve upper body strength.

2) The 2nd training protocol was designed to increase Glute and Ab strength.

Each training protocol will obviously target the full body however Option 1 will focus more on upper body while option 2 will focus more on Glutes and abs. These are 2 popular areas of training among men and women so that way everyone has a benefit to join!

Nutrition advice will also be given whether your goal is weight loss or muscle gain !
