Weekends are meant to be enjoyed… but that doesn’t mean your goals need to disappear every Friday evening 😂

Too many people go from “locked in” Monday-Friday to absolute chaos all weekend, then wonder why progress feels slow.

You don’t need to survive on salads or skip nights out.

You just need a bit of balance.

Train.
Move.
Eat well most of the time.

Enjoy yourself without turning it into a write-off.
