Well done to Gracie Edwards Peoples who is the winner of our Green Jacket and €500 first prize.
Michael Coleman, Patrick Kennedy, Tony Raftery and Lucy Ella Harvey are joint second so get €350 (€250 for 2nd & €100 for 3rd) divided between them so we will round it up to €100 each.

That was some excitement. Congratulations to all the prize winners.

Well that was a very exciting opening four holes. It’s all happening at Augusta. Michael Coleman still ahead of Ollie Haran (Jazz) who has a habit of picking winning tickets for his father. €250 for second might get him to Gareth Brooks yet. Bryson DeShambles on 3&4 keeping it very interesting.

Our Friday leader is Gracie Peoples again on a great score of -25 and Charlie Robinson (Eunans and Donegal star Jack Robinson’s brother), Paddy Mullen, John O Brien and Tanya McGinley close behind at -24. With the leaders out together tomorrow it should make for a great evenings viewing.

Eamonn Doherty will have no interest in the leaders as he will be toasting Angel Cabrera and Jose Maria Olazabal while spending his €50 Blakes Voucher kindly sponsored by Kevin Blake and trolling Kieran Tobin with pictures of his Wooden Spoon and pints of Guinness.

Hawthorn Heights man, Eunans and Donegal player Eamonn Doherty is showing his mathematical genius by successfully picking the worst team so far and is looking odds on to be collecting the Wooden Spoon for last place before the weekend and a €50 voucher for Blake’s Bar as compensation. Those that have seen his backswing won’t be at all surprised. Could be a twist yet though and Senior Hurler and thirsty student Oisin Randles will be disappointed that Russell Henley has played so well today. There’s always Dutch Gold Oisin.
