Thanks to Sean Kinane of HealthMatters.ie for health screening and setting of training zones for a few members in perpetration for our Mizen 2 Malin cycle in memory of Robbie and Gary. A very professional operation with a 7 page breakdown of results. We hope to get Sean back again before our cycle. Thanks also to our fitness model Keith O Donnell.

Gary and Robbies Cycle 2014 is now open for applications. An application form is available on the "Gary and Robbies Cycle 2014" page.

This is Mizen Head to Malin Head in September 2014 and will take place over 5 days from the 8th to the 12th of September 2014 in aid of numerous local and national charities.

Event open to members and non-members.
