If you normally struggle with your planks, there is a simple solution.

Elevation 📈

Most people struggle with the full plank as the core isn't strong enough yet.
So the ribcage flares and the lower back ends up arched down towards the floor.

It's a simple leverage issue.

Elevating the plank, takes pressure off the midpoint of the lever (your core) and allow you to get a more stable position in the Plank.

As you get stronger, you lower the position until you are strong enough to hold the plank on the floor.

It's about having the energy, health and fitness to show up for the people who matter most.

Too many men spend years putting themselves last.

Maybe it's time to change that.

We've been talking about consistency for years.

It's the most important part of achieving any goal.

Without consistency, you won't get through the difficult times when they arise.

But if you keep showing up
If you keep putting the work in
You will eventually get what you want.

It doesn't matter how long it takes.

If you do the above, you will be doing more than 90% of people who rely on motivation alone.

Our Fit in 42 Members are keeping consistent with their training and nutrition and that will stand to them.

Meet Lorena 👋

Lorena joined our last Fit in 42 programme looking to make a change and, like so many others, discovered that the real difference isn't just the training...
