What a fantastic day for all the team at the National WDFPF Bench Press Competition in Crossmaglen.
All team members Ashleen, Brian, John and Nigel who won their respective categories. A special mention to Brian on competing in his first competition. The team had 5 trophies home with Coach Nigel taking home the Best Male Lifter on the day as well. Many thanks to Tom Coyle for refereeing and organising and to Micky ‘ Chang’ Mc Kenna for organising the event at his venue. Thanks as well to all who helped on the day and congratulations to all other lifters who competed on the day. We will see you all on the platform at the next event!
