I only offer a very limited amount of Online training at the min, as I like to keep most of my focus on my in-person clients but sometimes I’m approached by someone who I can tell is willing to do the work required & I can’t help but want to help them.
These texts are from girls that completed a 12 week online program. I will only do a min of 12 weeks with a client as I refuse to only do a cut phase. As a coach I feel the one part so many are missing is the return to normal eating after a diet. So I like to implement a process of reverse dieting into my online program. This can always be a mentally challenging part that so many struggle to do without putting on the weight they lost & I feel it’s vital to do this under the support of a coach…. This is the secret to keeping the weight off ⭐️

Goodbye Summer, Goodbye Abs…. 🙋🏻‍♀️

So I’ve been sitting in & around 125-127lbs the last few weeks depending on what’s happening socially etc. The plan was to maintain until holidays (which is next week) but I’ve been struggling with keeping my t’s crossed & my i’s dotted between taking on an extra work at the weekends & life in general. I’ve felt all week that I was getting sick but didn’t & realised maybe I’m just really tired. So with feeling the burnout I’m listening g to my body & will start the process of upping my calories & fueling my body but first rest.
I only did very little training this week & will just do what my body feels over this week & next week when I’m on holidays. I do enjoy training & walking while I’m away but I won’t put myself under any P
So I will no longer give a flying f**k if I have a toned stomach I’m adding some fluff & gonna focus solely on health & strength 💪🏼

Week of maintaining & I’m 2lbs up ✌🏻🙋🏻‍♀️
This is not the disaster you think it is; maintaining is not about staying the exact same weight 24/7… it’s about being able to enjoy whatever occasions arise & then managing on the other days. This week in particular was a bit more of those occasions than I’d usually have so I fully expected the scale to be up this week.
I weighed in the previous week with my goal weight on the Saturday cause I knew the Sunday was going to be a food filled occasion. The Monday then was my first day of being up to 14-1500cals a day. Monday went as plan, Tuesday was on plan but with some extra chocolate & cupcakes cause hormones… Wednesday then was totally off plan cause hormones took over the first part of the day & kicked disipline’s ass as I knew I was going out for a family meal that eve & boy was that a meal!! One of those ones where you come home in pain from all the food but it was very worth it & no regrets as it was a great eve with great people. So Thurs & Fri was as plan & Sat morn but sure when your neighbours are having a party with a pizza truck & cake who am I to refuse 🤷‍♀️ & Sunday my sister cooked an amazing stew to celebrate her last week of working in the bakery & obv that came with buns 😍
So the ‘damage’ was 2lbs on & im very ok with that.
I won’t however push up the cals further this week I’ll go back to the 14-1500 again & hope nothing crops up this week 🤣 Workouts are going good & still getting the planned amount of steps so it’s all good.
Let’s see what this week brings… only 20 days til holiday mode 🥳

Back to my goal weight, I had one week off any food plan after I reached my goal & then I went back to my lowest calories I’d been on for a week which was 13-1400cals a day & now I’m back to my 125lbs so I’m happy to go to 14-1500cals a day from Monday onwards. I’m still going to keep in some walks 3-5 5ks per week. Strength has still been good while training but between busyness & tiredness & time restraints I’m prob going to have to go with 4 weight training sessions instead of 5 but will add some extra to the 4 & see how this goes. All in its been a good week 1 of maintenance 💪🏼
