Some helpful information from our Aqua Aerobics instructor Raluca, class starts at 7pm tonight

Here is some effects of hydrostatic pressure and how you can benefit from the aqua classes:
✅improves the circulation of blood through the kidneys promoting urination and decreasing the retention of excess fluid
✅improves the circulation of blood through the heart which contributes to a lower heart rate during exercise and effective delivery of oxygen to the muscles
✅improve the circulation of venous blood decreasing stress on the valves and reducing the risk of blood pooling
✅improve the circulation of blood through the muscles and assist with the removal of lactic acid to the liver.
✅provides a massaging effect to the body which can reduce muscle tension and leave the body feeling less stressed.
