A big thank you to the following clubs for organising events, providing maps, equipment and people: UCD Orientering Club, Dublin University Orienteers, Setanta Orienteers, Great Eastern Navigators, Curragh Naas Orienteering Club, AJAX Orienteers,
3ROC Orienteering Club, Fingal Orienteers, Waterford Orienteering Club, South London Orienteers and West Anglian Orienteering Club (yes, we even got help from across the Irish Sea).

The Leinster 3 Day 2016 organisers are beginning to feel human again after taking some well-deserved rest following the event.

Firstly, a big thank you to all the organisers, helpers and volunteers over the three days. The event wouldn't have happened without any of you.

Secondly, thank you to all our participants, particularly all of our orienteers from outside Ireland. The Australians brought the sun with them and this must have been one of the few times where orienteers and helpers alike went home with sunburn! We hope that you enjoyed your stay in Ireland and will come back in the future.

Go raibh míle maith agaibh go léir.

Thirdly, congratulations to all our prize-winners. Details of these are available on http://www.leinster3day2016.org/results.html and can be downloaded as a html file. It was necessary to have completed your course on each of the three days to be eligible to receive a prize.

The following people weren't at the prize-giving and should contact us either on Facebook or by email at [email protected] to make arrangements for prize collection:

Another great day in Wicklow with Cnoc Leinster 3 Day 2016. Well done to everyone who helped the day run smoothly. Too many to mention ye all. Thank you. We look forward to our next evening event on Tuesday 14th at Sunnyhill, Curragh.

Another fantastic day of orienteering. Thanks to all the volunteers from Setanta and GEN. It was a long day! Looking forward to Day 3 now.
