Continuing tomorrow evening in Lahinch Seaworld Hall.

Yoga in Lahinch Leisureworld hall this November. Wednesday evenings 7-8pm. This class is perfect for beginners or for people coming back yoga. This is a Vinyasa Flow practice and there will be a focus on the breath as a tool to help steady the mind and lead the movements as well as a strong alignment focus. All welcome.

Hi All! I've decided to take a break from teaching Thursday evenings at Lahinch Leisure World for the time being...Monday and Wednesday classes currently running at The Ennis Yoga Studio.
Thursday classes may well start up again in the not too distant future...I'll keep you posted 🙏
