Looking to Climb Nephin mountain soon?? Head over to "The Stroll For The Soul" facebok page for more details on an upcoming climb. Have you spent half your life looking up at Nephin telling yourself and others that you'd love to climb it sometime?
Well now is your chance. You will be stewarded and chaperoned by the Lahardane MacHales GAA club intermediate team and management in our first annual Stroll for the Soul.
This is a mental health initiative by lahardane McHales in tandem with Mindspace Mayo.
It is open to all ages over 16 regardless of fitness levels.
So whatever your reasons be it to remember or forget something or someone why not do it on the highest point in Mayo on a fine summers day in the safety and company of like minded people...
A bunch of strangers who might just become friends..

Without our stewards & volunteers both on & off the mountain, the Up & Over would not be possible. Stewards stayed on Nephin until they were sure everyone was off safely, which was nearly 7pm. Not easy on such a cold windy day. A huge THANK YOU goes out to one & all.
