I also do weight management as an ITEC level 3 certified dietitian, nutrition in sporting activities. KO Fitness is introducing the fundamentals of boxing into all types of sports training. The boxercise classes for women are an enjoyable cardio workout which is done at an even pace and caters for all. Personal training is one on one and consists of learning how to box, punch combinations, defense, endurance and to get into peak condition.
