At the heart of the experience is an unwavering commitment to local produce and honest cooking. Much of the beef served comes directly from John’s family farm in North Cork, while seafood, vegetables, and other ingredients are sourced from trusted local suppliers. But it’s not just the food that leaves a lasting impression. Our guests often speak about the time John and Julie take after the meal to chat, share stories, and talk about the restaurant, the locality, and the people behind the produce.
