Kiltimagh Snooker Club The club is a private members club open to all over 18. Club has two 8 x 4 tables in the community centre.

This is a final reminder to all players to please complete their group matches in the current league. There are a number of members who want to play competitive snooker but the way things are at the moment it’s a bit of a farce. If ye dont want to play, then fine but pleases dont join any future leagues. Basically, p**s or get off the pot. Rant over.

The draw for the new league, kindly sponsored by Langans Bar has been made. Nineteen players are taking part but there are spots open if anyone wants to join late.

All matches are five frames and all frames must be played, 1 point for each frame won. Please try and play matches in order and by date indicated though obviously this wont always be possible. Winner should fill in match score on sheet in room and text result to Muscles.

A big thanks to everyone who supported our Table Quiz in Teach O'Hora last night and to Marty and Marie for sponsoring the prizes. We had eleven teams and raised over €400. The winning team after a three way tie break was, Damien Walsh, Michael Sheridan, Niall Higgins and Colm Kelly, all club members. Raffle prizewinners were Aiden O'Hora, Colm Kelly, Gerry King, Ailish Irvine and Tracy Curry.

Congrats to Aiden Sheridan who has won the Jack McLoughlin Cup, beating Shane Freeman in the final by 5 frames to 2. He becomes the first holder of the famous old trophy since it was last played for in 1986. Congrats also to Denis Charlton who won the Summer League, beating Michael Sheridan 5 - 4 in the final.
