*RACE NIGHT - Sat 24th Oct*
Hi all, after a very enjoyable community festival weekend we are wishing to give people another reason for a night out!
This will also be a club fundraiser for future improvements at our GAA grounds.
Ahead of upcoming grants, clubs have to raise a certain amount themselves.
Expected works include walkway lighting, field and perimeter fencing, bathroom improvements and more.
Reminder that our all weather walkway was entirely self funded.
It's been a long time since we have sought sponsorship and support for a large fundraiser.

Note: Contributions over €250 in a calender year can be claimed as tax relief.

Hard luck to our JR C Hurlers on a 2.20 to 1.07 defeat to Effin. We knew it would be a difficult game away trip to Effins 2nd team who have now won all their games so far.
Still we had many positive performances, especially with Sean Heffernan in goals and full back line with Sean O'Dwyer doing great on his first start.
Evan McCarthy scored a clinical 1.1 despite being double and triple marked and Pearse Close made a very welcome return to action with a fine point from play 🏑
Thanks to all supporters for making the trip up.
Next JR C game should be at home Sunday 20th, all going well.
