A special message to leisure boaters, who are preparing to put their boats back in the water.

o When you Prepare your boat for anti-fouling, check for signs of Cracking.
o Osmosis
o Keel bolts for tightness and rust
o Sacrificial anodes
o Ware in the rudder and driveshafts
o Don’t forget to check for barnacles in the through hull fittings.

If you see somebody who may be in trouble on or near the water, dial 112/999 and ask for the Coast Guard.
