Kilmacow Taekwon-Do School is affiliated to the Republic of Ireland Taekwon-Do (RITA) and International Taekwon-Do Federation (ITF) and is a member of IMAC . Instruction is given by Miss Audrey Condon VI Degree Black Belt, International Instructor & Examiner and Miss Patrice Conaty 2nd Dan assistant Instructor. Miss Condon has trained and studied in the Art for many years and has won many titles
on both a national and international level . She has also had the honour of representing Ireland in World Championship competitions and also in the European Championships. Our School in Kilmacow not only teaches how to defend oneself if the need ever arose, but also some of the other virtues that are held by all those who practise and study the Martial Art of Taekwon-Do
Courtesy, Integrity, Perseverence, Self-Control and an Indomitable Spirit are the beliefs and Tenets on which Taekwon-Do is based. Respect to each other is shown all times. The Doors of Kilmacow Taekwon-Do School are always open to new members, male or female of all ages. All Instructors have first aid certification are registered with the code ethics and good practise for childrens sports council and are Garda vetted. Training Times 2014:
Monday 6.00pm to 7.00pm - 5 to 11 years
Monday 7.00pm to 8.00pm - 12 years to Adults
Thursday 6.00pm to 7.00pm - 5 to 11 years
Thursday 7.00pm to 8.00pm - 12 years to Adults
