What an incredible achievement from every single member of Cromane Tri Club! 💪

Together, we didn’t just meet our goal… we smashed it.
From early morning swims to long miles on the bike and relentless runs, this challenge showed exactly what our club is all about — commitment, teamwork, and pure determination.

Every stroke, every pedal, every step counted. Whether you contributed a little or a lot, this was a true team effort, and that’s what makes it so special.

🍀 Cromane Tri Club – Week 11 Club Challenge 🍀

To celebrate St. Patrick’s Day, this week’s club challenge takes us on a virtual journey from Cromane to St. Patrick’s birthplace in Banwen, Wales! 🇮🇪➡️🏴

As a team we’ll aim to complete the distance across three disciplines:

🚴 Bike: Cromane → Rosslare Europort – 300 km
🏊 Swim: Rosslare → Pembroke – 165 km
🏃 Run: Pembroke → Banwen – 110 km

Every kilometre counts, so get out there and contribute whatever distance you can! Whether it’s a short spin, a swim in the pool, or a run along the road, it all helps move the club closer to the finish line.

💚 St. Patrick’s Day twist: If you’re taking part, wear something green and snap a photo of your session. We’d love to see everyone out representing the club,post your pictures in the group! 📸

Let’s see how quickly we can make it to Banwen.
