A look inside to what we have to offer with space and loads of equipment for all types of training even a crossfit area. Weight lifting, bodybuilding and
calisthenics. Sled ropes all you can eat… buffet😅 over 6000 kg of free weights bars and 4 full squat rack, 2 sets of dumbbells from 2.5 to 55 so no waiting. machines for upper and lower if you’re not comfortable with weights, also a nice space for warm up area or cool-down with our rowing machines ,bike ,treadmills and ski erg.
Our facility has Changing rooms both men ,Womans with showers. Drop in and memberships available with free classes and pt when you join us.
