Yesterday Beaufort Golf Course played host to our annual Golf Classic, sponsored by Maurice Foley of MF Decorating. Congratulations to the winners, Tim Coffey’s team of Mary Jo Curran, Sheila Crowley and Mary Geaney. In 2nd place was Colm Kelly’s team of Brian O Connor, Michael John O Connor and his son Michael. In 3rd place was the Ladden Construction team and 4th place was the Lynch and Bradley Solicitors team. The Mike Falvey “longest drive” was won by Laura Furlong and the Aiden Cremin “closest to the pin” was won by Padraig O Sullivan. A big thanks to all the teams that took part and to all the sponsors yer support is greatly appreciated. Thanks to Beaufort Golf course for hosting the event. And finally thanks to the team of experienced campaigners who organise the event every year, we are very lucky as a club to have such talented volunteers in the club who make this happen.
