Pull ups are something that the kids who comes to our classes LOVE trying, but not many are technically efficient in the beginning.
Inverted rows are a great alternative for kids who can't do pull-ups yet. Here are some key benefits:

💪 Builds Foundational Strength:
Works the same muscles as pull-ups—back (lats), biceps, and core—but at a more manageable intensity.
🤲Helps kids develop upper body and grip strength, essential for progressing to pull-ups.

Coach Ty is brilliant at creating a positive environment for the kids while he teaches proper form for every movement they learn.
