This class is designed to live well for longer

Maintaining independence into your older years

And more importantly, being healthy enough to enjoy those years

All classes are designed by a physiotherapist and are evidence-based

It is proven that exercise slows the rate of aging by reducing the risk of pathologies such as:

Osteoporosis, heart disease, sarcopenia, dementia, frailty, and increased risk of falls

Our goals are to help you avoid these by;

Improving strength, balance and CV fitness

Developing a community to make the process enjoyable and help you stay motivated

Setting good exercise habits and improving your health awareness
