I set a goal 2 weeks ago to Lose 4kg (9 lbs) over the next 6 weeks. I am 2kg (4.4lbs) down after the first 2 weeks.
I am going to put up videos and pictures of Healthy Recepies, Meals and Treats that I am eating during the next 6 weeks. Nutrition is absolutely KEY when it comes to Weight Loss.
I loathe cooking but love food at the same time so all of my food is Quick and Easy to make and Tasty.
