Exciting news for Kilkenny!

A brand new Cardio Drumming class is starting on Tuesday evenings from May 7th!

Cardio drumming is a fun, high-energy workout that helps improve fitness, coordination, and stress relief, all while moving to great music.

No experience needed, just come along and enjoy the rhythm!

Not sure if it’s for you? Trial sessions are available every Saturday morning for anyone who’d like to give it a go.
