city breaks are back 👏
Are you heading away for a weekend or a couple of night ?
Don’t want to undo your hard work ?
Here my tips on how to stay on track while still enjoying your trip away😎
Plan ahead 😎
If you know your going away for a couple of days you can plan ahead, the week or two leading up to the break make sure nutrition and training is on point
Add in 5 mins extra of training each day I call this damage control 👌
Steps 🏃♂️
More than likely your not going to be training while your away, but that doesn’t mean to stop moving altogether, City break involves a lot of sign seen and shopping , track your steps each day and try to hit the 15-20k steps each day while your away 💪
Choice your battles 🤗
You don’t have to try every bit of food you see in one day ,don’t make a pig of yourself ,
I am not saying don’t have what you want but choice wisely🤘
Sharing portions is a good help to 👫

You don’t want to be the person that “won’t eat there “ or gets the salad ever place you go so if you do eat something that you feel was “ Bad “ get over it “
