Just another huge thanks to everyone that donated, as we raised just over 1900 euro for the Laura Lynn Foundation!
Thankfully we got to jump, and survived! So as promised, here’s proof that we did actually complete the jumps!

🪂 So this it it! The last Hurrah before the Leap! 🪂

We would like to thank everyone who donated online and offline! The money donated will go such a long way for Lauralynn.

We are definitely starting to shake in our boots now as we get closer to tomorrow! We will be sure to post the embarrassing photos and videos of our high pitched screams after our jump along with the amount raised!

Unfortunately due to Covid restrictions our Skydive has been postponed. As we were to jump from the plane today Covid says otherwise!

On the plus side the restrictions are going to be lifted further in June and we have rebooked our skydive. We have also recieved our wonderful Tshirts from lauralynn. Thankfully we have our new date which will be the...

All Covid has done is make sure we have had a long long LONG time to really think about jumping from the plane and stirring more nerves for us!

We are so excited now! Time is ticking on and we cannot wait to share a clip of us both screaming from over 10000feet! Thanks for the support which has been overwhelming!

Hi everyone! The support we have recieved through out our fundarasier is exceptional! Lets keep going to cross the finish line for LauraLynn – Ireland’s Children’s Hospice !

We have put in so much work the last few months to make this fundraiser be recognised and to say the response we have recieved from everyone is heartwarming!

As soon as Alex hears, ‘we’re going to LauraLynn!’ his face lights up.

For Alex, LauraLynn is all about happiness and having fun.

It’s his very own Wonderland.

His favourite place is the sensory room. The lights, soothing sounds and sensations transport him to a magical world.

The LauraLynn staff are always giving him cuddles and talking to him. He loves to feel all the different textures they brush against his skin, like feathers and rope lights with their fun and sparkly colours.

But I think Alex’s absolute favourite thing in the sensory room is the musical waterbed. The gentle movements sway him, while he’s listening to enchanting sounds and songs. He just lies on the bed and floats off to Wonderland.

I can’t describe the joy it gives him when he’s in LauraLynn.

It’s as if the daily struggles and challenges we both face just melt away and is replaced with peace, happiness and fun.

There are very few people I’d trust to look after Alex. But I trust the LauraLynn team implicitly with Alex, which means I can take a little time for myself. So, I get to rest and I feel recharged when it’s time to take Alex home.

I guess you can say Alex and I go to LauraLynn and each of us discover our own Wonderland.

I’d love for every family in the same boat as mine to be able to go to LauraLynn and find their own Wonderland.

Happy Friday Everyone!!

That friday feeling is finally here!
We just wanted to share with you that thanks to Baggots Centra we are going to have a sponsorship card which allows you to support our fundraiser while down having a shop in your local Centra!

Anything small or large can be donated to sponsor us on our BIG LEAP!

We have amazing news to share with you all! We have hit our second target of €750!!

The countdown is on! We have hit 100 days until we push each other out of an aeroplane (not intentionally) We both have decided to raise the target for our fundraising as we got such an exceptional response in our first few weeks! Hi everyone we just would like to say a sincere thank you to everyone who has donated to our fundraiser and shared it. We are so grateful! We would also like to let everyone know that only a few days into our fundraising we have nearly reached our target! We would like if everyone can continue to share the page and spread the road to really give Lauralynn a great donation that they deserve!
