Kilkenny School of Yoga Bringing yoga to the people of Kilkenny with love and joy for the past 13 years. Training yoga teachers for the last 6 years.

The Kilkenny School of Yoga provides all the main styles of Yoga, pilate's and personal training to the general public. As well as this we provide nutritional information and workshops/seminars on Yoga and all aspects of healthy living. We also act as a place of further training for existing Yoga teachers, bringing world class teachers to Kilkenny.

To celebrate spring Essie will be holding a spell candle making workshop on Saturday 7th February from 3 till 5pm. Booking is essential as this is a small group activity.
