Throwback to a game-changing moment in Irish kettlebell history! 💥

On this very day back in 2019, two powerhouse women — Luiza and Marie — did something no Irish woman had done before...

They stepped up and competed long cycle with 2x24kg kettlebells 🔥💪

They didn’t just lift bells —
They lifted *limits*.
They cracked open a door so others could charge through.

What was once a “can’t” became a “HELL YES WE CAN.” 🙌

Here’s to the rule-breakers, the record-makers, and the women rewriting the playbook.
