🥋 Scotland, what an experience!

What an amazing last-minute day trip to ICO Scotland! 🇮🇪✈️

After a very long day, we’re now heading back to Ireland, tired but absolutely buzzing with everything we’ve gained from the experience.

It’s not always about the medals. 🥇🥈🥉 It’s about experience, knowledge, learning, meeting new people and pushing ourselves outside our comfort zone.

So proud of our small team for stepping up, competing and giving it their all.

A brilliant experience and one we’ll definitely learn from and build on!

A massive well done to all our competitors who made it to the Laois Open today! 👏🏆

Between Point Fighting, Light Contact, Forms & Weapons, our KMA team brought home an amazing result:

🥇 11 Gold
🥈 10 Silver
🥉 6 Bronze

That’s an incredible 27 medals! 🏆🔥

Some of you also stepped up and fought in older divisions—well done for taking on that extra challenge! 💪

For some of you, this was your very first competition, and you should be incredibly proud of yourselves for stepping onto the competition floor, facing the nerves and giving it your all. 💪❤️

Every medal today was earned through hard work, determination, commitment, and countless hours of training. 🥋

And whether you came home with a medal or not, you all gained valuable experience and represented Kilkenny Martial Arts brilliantly.
