Ever feel like exercise sometimes has notions....HIIT this, and metabolic that? There is so much confusion about exercise that it often stops people doing any! People were fit and healthy long before pricey memberships, group classes, nutrition plans or technical clothes....you don't need these things. Gyms and classes are great if that's your thing, but if your not into that there are other ways.....just walk!! Put on your shoes and go for a walk that is brisk enough that you feel yourself sweat a little or your heart rate going up....doesnt have to be uncomfortable to be effective it just has to be time putting one foot in front of the other! Don't have an hour, don't have 30 minutes... no problem, go for however much time you do have.....10 minutes is better than 0 minutes....it can be that simple!
