AT FIT MAN COACHING THIS MONTH OUR NUTRITION FOCUS IS ON MAKING HIGH QUALITY FOODS A PRIORITY FOR:

DINNER
This is one of our foundational Nutrition Habits!
We help our lads to work on this habit on a daily basis no matter their starting point.
Over the course of the month and beyond we want our men to have built High Quality Foods into their 3 main meals!
We define High Quality Foods to be the follow:

β‘οΈ Minmal Ingredients
β‘οΈ Nature's Foods- not made in a factory
β‘οΈ Foods that our great grandparents would have eaten before food advertising and marketing was a thing!
These foods will help you hit the main macro and micro nutrients alongside a progressive training programme will help you achieve long lasting
