Full Body Fitness Full Body Fitness is a fitness class that runs in Scoil Ui Riada, Kilcock, Co. Kildare on Tuesday & All will be challenged and no one will be left behind.

Full Body Fitness offers five-week indoor fitness and circuit classes. Our classes are fun, motivating and you will be led through challenging workouts each evening by Certified Fitness Trainer and Personal Trainer, Ian McGill. Every Tuesday we offer 2 60minute classes at 19:30 & 20:30 and 2 60minute classes on Thursday 19:30 % 20:30.

The Full Body Fitness classes are a great way to begin getting yourself in shape if you have not recently been consistent with a fitness program or if you are very physically fit and want to take your fitness to the next level. These classes have been designed to be fun for all ages and fitness levels. All we ask is that you do your best and forget about the rest. Our classes provide WEIGHT LOSS, MUSCLE TONE, IMPROVED FITNESS and LONG LASTING RESULTS and all in a fun, relaxed environment. Our classes differ every night to keep you motivated, and include CIRCUIT TRAINING, KETTLEBELL TRAINING, INTERVAL TRAINING, L.M.E., CARDIO and every night we hit the CORE for a FIRM FLAT & SLIM TUMMY!!!! The course costs just €65 for the two nights and €35 for one night. All of these methods of training used together and effectively, and in conjunction with a healthy diet guarantee weight loss & improved physique within the 5 week course.....

We offer 60 minute circuit classes at 19:30 Tuesday and Thursday.
